This must be the first authentic Yunnan rice noodles establishment in Flushing. The pea and bean mixture is very delicious. The beef and mutton stewed here is very tender and chewy. Moreover, the owner is very generous. It is said that the meat used is organic pork and beef purchased from Bk. I really like adding chili peppers to the soup. The big pot of rice noodles is really great.

It was raining very hard that day and the owner invited people in to hide from the rain. Serving us towels and also watermelon out of her generosity. We ordered their fried dough stick and soy milk and it was very delicious. the taste is even more authentic than that of the famous crossing-the-bridge rice noodles! Highly recommended!10/10 would come again! 🙂
